We believe that the church should be lead by a plurality of elders/pastors. Crosslink has 2 staff elders/pastors and 3 lay elders. Serving beside them are our deacons and support staff.
Ken Tilley is 47 years old and is married to his lovely wife, Stephanie. Together they have three girls, Madison, Laikyn and Emerson. At a young age, Ken lost his father and God used his death to show him the reality of death and his need of a Savior. It was on August 26, 1984, that he realized his greatest need was a relationship with Jesus Christ and so at Rockyford Baptist Church in Devotion, NC he repented of his sins and asked Christ to be his Savior and Lord. From 19 years old and on, Ken has been constantly serving in ministry.
Ken has a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from UNC-Charlotte and a graduate degree from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. It was while attending school there that he decided to permanently move and live in the Raleigh-Durham area. God has gifted Ken in the area of leading, shepherding His people and communicating biblical truth in a way that is easy to understand.
In his spare time you can find Ken spending time with his family and/or coaching them in volleyball or watching them play. He also enjoys doing mission work.

Families Ministry and Discipleship Pastor
Greg Powell was born in 1981 and is married to his amazing wife, Claudia. First came love, then came marriage, and then came Meredith, Joseph, and Abigail. From childhood, Greg was raised in the church and was blessed to have two godly parents. At the age of 8, he realized that he was a sinner, repented of his sin, and confessed Jesus as his Lord. His journey to follow Jesus hasn’t always been smooth or perfect, but Jesus has always been faithful.
Greg has a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies from The College at Southeastern. He continued studying at Southeastern Seminary and went on to earn a Ph.D. in Theological Studies. He has served in 2 previous churches as a student pastor and a senior pastor. Greg enjoys teaching and going on mission trips, but his primary passion is making disciples who make disciples.
In his spare time Greg loves being with His family, running, watching movies, and trying new and adventurous types of food.
