Core Values

Our core values can be remembered using the acronym GRACE.

Generous Living- Crosslink believes that we should be generous with our time, talents, and treasures.

Reproducing Leaders- Crosslink wants to identify those with leadership potential. We believe that ministry should be tackled in a team centered approach. We believe that we should have accountability with one another, and then release the leaders into ministry.

Authentic Relationships- Crosslink offers a culture of acceptance. We believe that there should be healthy communication. We want to experience genuine community with one another. Friendship should always come before function. 

Community Transformation- Crosslink seeks to reach out to the community with a "no strings attached" approach to ministry. WE want to love on other people like Jesus would love them.

Everyone Cares- Crosslink has a welcoming atmosphere. The attitude is always "we" before "me". We always want to have an attitude of encouragement.
